Our Staff

	Bill Coibion moved from the San Francisco bay area in 1990 with his family, retired in 2003 from a career in healthcare and raced formula Fords on Sears Point Raceway – finishing 3rd in his first race. Bill found new life through his experiences with fatherless young men in Del Paso Heights. Founder & President, bcoibion@teamsts.org
	Don Male moved from the L.A. area in 1980 to establish a printing plant in Sacramento. In 1983 Governor Deukmejian appointed him as the 36th California State Printer. His many exciting challenges and assignments were paled by an opportunity to fly in the backseat of an F-4 Phantom. In 2007 he joined the STS mentoring staff, which has enabled him to use his many experiences to encourage and guide the young men of Del Paso Heights. Outreach, dmale@teamsts.org
	Donna Ramos Donna Ramos is a New York City native who relocated here with her husband and two children in 1987.  She has four grandchildren she loves to spend as much time with as possible. She worked for the City of Sacramento for 20 years prior to coming to STS. One of her passion’s is motivational speaking and writing; she is a three time published author, currently working on her first children’s book. Children are her passion too and she tutors reading at an elementary school in Natomas, as often as she can. Administrator, dramos@teamsts.org
	Robert Isaacs grew up in Del Paso Heights, the very community STS is located in. Robert is a graduate of Grant High School (GHS) and was part of GHS’s 2009 championship football team. Robert offers a unique and personal look into the community of Del Paso Heights and is very well connected with the community and GHS. Youth Advocate, risaacs@teamsts.org
	Paul Smith moved from Southern California with his wife Alexa after they graduated from California Baptist University. Paul was raised in the Philippines for 12 years and has traveled to Turkey, Thailand, and South Korea.
